Terms and Conditions for Runwago: Run-to-earn app

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Runwago app (the "App"), developed and provided by Krel Central a.s. ("Developer"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

The App is intended for users aged 12 and above. By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 12 years old or have permission from a legal guardian to play the App.

The Developer is not responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences, whether direct or indirect, arising from the use of the App. This includes but is not limited to data loss, device malfunction, or any other issues. All responsibility for using the App lies solely with the user. The App does not grant any revenue or any form of rewards by using the App and in-app build features.

4. Content Disclaimer

The App contains visual elements, language, and content that are meant solely for entertainment purposes. While the App has been rated 12+, it may contain occasional language or themes that some users may find inappropriate. The Developer is not responsible for any content classified as offensive, inappropriate, or unsuitable for certain audiences.

5. No Offensive Intent

All characters, images, and themes within the Aame are intended for fun and entertainment only. The App does not promote or support any form of racism, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards any group, including but not limited to, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with different body types, or any other minority, demographic, or any health disabilities. The App's content is not intended to insult, demean, or harm any group or individual.

6. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

The name Runwago is a registered trademark of Krel Central a.s. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited. All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to the code, graphics, design, and music, are owned by Krel Central a.s. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App without the express written consent of Krel Central a.s.

7. Account Deletion and Data Removal

Users have the right to delete their account within the App's settings. Once you initiate account deletion, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently and immediately deleted from our systems. This action is irreversible, and any in-app progress, assets, or associated data will be lost.
